Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located just off the A12 from Pamplona, making it ideal for overnight travelers en-route from the Med to Bilbao. The rooms were acceptable, comfortable, and clean, though designed for three persons which was unnecessary for just two guests. The dining experience was above average with a wide selection of cereals and pastries, great for travelers heading to and from Spain's costas. However, its proximity to a petrol station and an industrial area could be off-putting for some.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and a good size, but unfortunately, ours was very hot. The service was excellent; the staff were very pleasant and even arranged secure parking for my bike overnight. The location was convenient, with easy access off the A12 from Pamplona motorway, although it was not in the nicest area. The dining experience was subpar, with limited breakfast options but the grilled fish made up for it. The facilities met my expectations, but some improvements would make it even better.
The hotel room, although crowded with the extra bed, was clean and somewhat cramped due to the busy-road location. Unfortunately, there were no kettle or tea/coffee facilities, evening meals were served late, and the surrounding area lacked easy access to food outlets. On a positive note, the property is within walking distance to a beautiful park across the river, albeit involving a bit of a challenge.
The hotel was good for our needs, clean rooms, but lacked a wheel-in shower. Friendly service with helpful staff. Convenient location for overnight travelers. The dining experience had limited options. The facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but a bit crowded for two with an extra bed. The service was exceptionally helpful, especially with translation and directions. The location was ideal for travelers on the way to Bilbao with easy access. The dining options were above average but slightly expensive. The facilities were satisfactory, offering basic amenities.
The hotel was located in an industrial zone, making it a bit challenging to find nearby food options and with limited room facilities, but the service was friendly and helpful.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were small and lacked basic amenities like a kettle or tea/coffee. Dinner service started too late for my liking, and there were no nearby food options. On the bright side, the hotel was located near a beautiful park, although getting there with a dog was a bit challenging due to the industrial surroundings.
I stayed at this hotel located right above the filling station and huge roundabout on the dual carriageway. The room had a large comfortable kingsize bed, but it felt crowded with the extra bed. The location was very convenient for my onward journey, despite being in a busy industrial area. The dining experience was poor, with disorganised staff and limited hot food available. However, the service was lovely, friendly, and welcoming overall.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room wasn't great - it smelt like someone had smoked in it, was dirty, and quite small with no kettle or tea/coffee. It was inconvenient that the evening meal wasn't available until 9 pm, especially with a 4-year-old. However, the room was clean though quite old. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly kind and helpful. The location was a bit odd being near a petrol station but convenient for travelers. The dining was simple but acceptable, and the facilities were decent.
I found the hotel to be a mixed bag, with clean and comfortable rooms but showing signs of age. The service was pleasant and helpful, but I did encounter an issue with parking. The location, although a bit industrial, was surprisingly quiet and convenient. The dining experience left something to be desired in terms of variety. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
